It wasn't even that. It was a reporter who predicted this might happen on a television show when he was asked for an unlikely move the Cardinals might do.

Okay that makes sense. I saw it like a few days ago, googled it, nothing. Then I see it again, Google it, some small speculation but not much other than COULD THIS HAPPEN????

ESPN:  A proposal to alleviate the pain of being a Bengals and Browns fan has gone up in smoke.

Being a fan of the NFL's franchises in Cincinnati and Cleveland does not meet the condition requirements to purchase medical marijuana, an Ohio medical board committee has ruled.

According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, the panel that met in Columbus turned down several petitions regarding conditions that could help Ohio residents take advantage of a 2016 law that allowed them to buy marijuana medicinally.

Redskins are releasing Josh Norman who was due $12.5 million in 2020. They’ll save all of that figure on the cap by releasing him. He’ll count $3 million in dead money.

We all make fun of the Redskins for their stupid FA moves.  But if they released a 12.5 million contract for only a 3 million penalty, they at least drew up the contract well.
