Unless they, develop some fight and heart, and figure out how to use ANT/KAT/Rudy together in an effective manner, 40 wins is going to be this team's ceiling for the next 2-3 years. Based on everything I know (which is very little), KAT is the guy that needs to be moved. He's only 27, but he's been there for 8 seasons already, and they haven't made any significant progress with him. He may not be the biggest problem, but he's clearly not a solution, especially when the team is better when he's not on the floor.

Considering KAT missed most of this season, I'm not sure why it be assumed that 40 wins would be the ceiling.
SemperFeist
Because it doesn’t matter whether KAT is on the court or not. He doesn’t make a difference.
Sad People
Brutal for the Gophers. Atleast the theme continues even into college teams Edited April 9 by Sad People
JDBrocks
Really impressed with Larnach so far. His discipline is so much better this year, I did not expect him to be a top 20 on-base guy. I hope he can hang on to whatever changes he’s made.

Sad People
Just a pathetic franchise from top to bottom.

swede700
So, Jaden went all Gus Frerotte on the bit. Well, if he had head-butted the wall instead. In the heat of the moment, some people just do dumb stuff.

In the heat of the moment, some people just do dumb stuff. McDaniels has been diagnosed with a fracture in his right hand after he punched a wall during Sunday's 113-108 win over the Pelicans Seemingly out of frustration, McDaniels took a swing at the wall in the Timberwolves tunnel on the way to the halftime locker room, and the team quickly ruled him out for the remainder of the contest. https://www.cbssports.com/fantasy/basketball/news/timberwolves-jaden-mcdaniels-diagnosed-with-fractured-hand/amp/
swede700
This is why no one should ever consider the Timberwolves a serious franchise. Many times I regret ever getting them as a franchise, despite me always wanting one when I was a youngin'. SemperFeist
Suspending him is stupid. I understand the whole appearances angle as to why you should suspend a player for throwing a punch, but for a franchise like the Wolves, winning is far more important. It’s already a long shot to beat the Lakers, but now they may as well concede the game.

Based on this team's character this year, this is probably the time that they actually win, because it's only when they're the underdog that they actually compete.
