So I added a few players to the trade block.

Hurns

Pernell

Ivory

Yeldon

Church

I'd take Church off the trade block for sure.  Absolutely no reason to break up the best secondary in the league.  Playing with an actual quality SS was a big part of Gipson playing so well at FS too imo.

I'd also take Yeldon off the trade block.  Ivory is as good as gone, whether he's moved, or more likely just cut.  He's still serviceable, but seemed to really fall out of favour late in the year and with his cap number and Fournette as the workhorse, Ivory is gone.  Which leaves just Fournette, Yeldon (who is pretty important as the 3rd down back) and Grant.  No reason to move him when he's affordable and does a decent job as an all around back.  Probably looking to add a 4th back with a later round pick or a cheap FA depth pickup already...no need to move a guy who works perfectly in his role in Yeldon just to open up a new hole to fill.

Parnell is certainly reasonable enough to have on the block...but despite getting a bit older and being in and out of the lineup this year, unless there's a clear plan in place to upgrade RT, i'd probably just keep him too.

The other two are top trade block candidates though.  If you can get anything for Ivory, that'd be swell.  And Hurns' salary makes him a potential trade chip, but kind of hinges on what your plan is with Marquise Lee.

I plan on resigning robinson Priority #1, Lee is expendable to me. IMO He's too inconsistent and isn't a big threat.

My plan is to release bortles, 19 Million in cap free'd up.

I have 3 Main targets in FA to fill the QB role as well as 1-2 Trade Targets and possibly 2 Draft Targets.

I have 1 WR target to replace Lee

I have 2-3 OL in FA who i can get for value

As well as draft.

I also have gotten a lot of interest for Dareus, who carries a 10 Million cap hit, and is aging. I can easily fill his spot with FA or Draft a lot of good DL in this draft or even work out a trade.

Restructure Hurns.

Restructure Dareus - I know you said you can get someone to replace him, but I doubt it. Our system’s success is predicated on having an elite run stuffer there. Without that, we’re too small up front to stop the run. Unless you can get a top 5 NT, he’s not worth moving.

Resign ARob

Resign Omameh - but get competition

Restructuring might work actually. I looked at his #'s and he doesn't have anymore guaranteed $ after this year, so converting some of that to guaranteed might be able to get me 4-6 Million in Cap Room. Contract is a little high still for a backup but who knows.

A-Rob is Priority #1, Along with finding a QB to replace Bortles

Hurns i might have a good trade offer for an O-Lineman, which allows me to release Pernell, so i'd clear 12 Million with them two gone and only be getting 5-7 Million of a cap hit for the incoming player. Who is a lot better then Pernell.

I gotta see what omameh contract would look like but Def a priority as well just not #1 lol

Another priority will be a MLB or OLB if I have Jack move inside.

He should be getting quality backup/low tier starter money. No reason he should get more than that. Anything higher than that, pass. But you’re going to want to address depth on the interior either way.

Jack inside with a true SLB would be my personal preference.

He’s not the backup. The first two weeks we had him (week 9 and 10), we eased him in to the system in situational usage, but he’s been used as NT1 since Week 11.

I will keep Dareus on the trade block to see if i can get a good deal, but will also look at restructuring him to give some more cap space. IMO ima need 45-55 Million to be able to offer anything to a QB, WR, and to resign A Rob. as well as sign a LB in FA, which i have 2 in mind.

What kind of receiver are you looking to sign?
