So many reminders of the pain of being a Vikes fan.

Pain? The Metrodome collapsing was one of the best things to happen to Vikings fans. The roof collapsing was probably the single most impactful event that led the team to getting US Bank Stadium.

Very true...but symbolically...

For awhile it was just an embarrassment. A bad season ended with the house literally falling down.

Glad it worked out, though.

That's crazy. KOC should absolutley be on the list over McDermott.

It's coastal bias.  (Not that he would have or should have won anyway...)  JJ is a finalist in his categories because he was absurd.  With so many good coaching jobs this year, it was always going to be hard for him to crack the list.

We're going to have to keep track of these active curses.  To keep #1 active, only the Eagles can win the Super Bowl, as they didn't play any of the other teams.  As far as #6, the Vikings don't play the Ravens again until 2025, so then either the Vikings will make the NFCC or KOC will get fired.

Critically, Adofo-Mensah has left himself with a fair amount of flexibility moving forward. True, the 2023 budget looks very snug and painful decisions will need to be made to contend in the upcoming season. Nevertheless, it’s worth noting that the team has a ton of financial flexibility in the 2024 and 2025 seasons. At present, Minnesota has nearly $100 million to play with in 2024 and a staggering $204 million in 2025.

Kyler Murray is rumored to miss most if not all of the 2023 season.... does this lower the trade price for Nuk?

And yes I know the Vikings are tight up against the cap however that isn't the case in the 2024 or 2025 cap. Maybe we could make a deal and enter the 2023 season with the best WR duo in the league

How bout we pay JJ and not a guy who's . . . Not worth his contract value . . . Lost it . . . Self-centered beyond control . . . ????

Draft talented rookies that make teams respect their game too.
