I think Shakir will be sticking on the active roster. They only had 7 offensive linemen on it. My guess is a tight end is cut or moved to IR for Woodhead if it isn't one of West or Rainey. They've been using him and Levine more in the "Moneybacker" role that Deone Bucannon plays in Arizona which is a S/ILB hybrid, in an attempt to get more speed on the field. Maybe we couldn't find a way to get a place for him, as they probably wont send Perriman to IR, but now we can sit Perriman and call it a year for him.
