I like Billy Price but taking a Og in round 1 just isn't a smart move this year.   Price is literally the same quality of talent coming out as like 8 to 10 other Og prospects who are all round 2 to early round 3 value.    Why reach on a guy at a position you can either trade down for or easily get one very similar talent in round 2 at.  Thats just not very smart drafting being honest if a GM does that.

The better pick by a long shot here is to draft our biggest need in the draft at DT and take a guy who is a top 15 to 20 talent who im guessing you might have forgotten or maybe you just don't like him.   Daron Payne DT from Bama would be an amazing pick for the Falcons at 26.  Then we can take a OG like Smith, Daniels, Teller, Crosby, O'Niell, Bozeman, Wynn, Hernandez(who is not a 1st round guy), or Ragnow.   Heck even Clapp or gossett aren't far off from them as a possible 3rd round guys who might fall some.  This OG class is fricken loaded like no other with solid 2nd to 3rd round talent so reaching early for 1 just doesn't seem like a good idea to me.

Payne was supposed to go to Chargers as Evans belonged to Titans. Hubbard is out. In that case, is Bryan or Phillips a better choice?

Bryan is definitely the best choice for the Falcons in round 1.

Scar has it correct on this one as Bryan would be my choice as well.  I like Phillips but more as a trade down into the 2nd round and get him guy while getting extra picks to do so which is the same way i would go with a OG with our 1st pick.  If it's not Nelson somehow falling to us by a miracle then if we go OG with the 1st pick make it via trade down i would say.

Vea, Payne, Hurst, Bryan are all guys i look at on the d-line in round 1 along with a solid LB as well in Smith or Edmunds if they fall as well.
