PSA: I found this abstract (yes, I am too cheap to pay for the entire article) about the anti-viral properties of berries.

"There was a positive relationship between antiviral activity and polyphenol content, indicating the possibility that polyphenol is one of the key factors in the antiviral effects of berries."

Due to fears about the corona virus, it might be prudent to engage in preventative measures.

i eat berries almost every day. particularly the deep blue and purple ones, for their anti-oxidant qualities.

plus, they taste good and i like them.
