AZ_Eaglesfan
Losing P Rob sucks, but Bradham is a more important piece to hold onto imo. That said, this D is gunna have a lot of turnover. Hope they can keep the cohesion together going into next season.

McLeod takes 10 mill off our books next season. Curry 10 mill. Saves 20 million for next season and we get the better upgrade at safety. Better yet trade curry to browns. Curry cut 2018 - $5 Million 2019 - $10.5 Million June1 Curry Cut 2018 - $8.5 Million 2019 - $7.25 Million Cutting McLeod now actually lowers our cap space due to dead cap. Cutting him next year saves 5 Million.
Danger
Quote Jenna Laine ESPN Staff Writer I'm told that Patrick Robinson's new deal with the Saints will be for four years, $20 million with $10 million guaranteed, $8 million in the first year with $2 million due on the third day of the league year in 2019 (for injury). The Eagles actually offered more money overall but the Saints offered more guaranteed.

Conversely, Bennett is better at rushing the passer but MUCH worse at run defending. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2751016-nfl1000-ranking-the-top-4-3-defensive-ends-from-2017-season They gave Curry a 15/20 for run defense and Bennett a 17.... Mathieu is more of a slot corner than a safety and he's gonna want big bucks. We should just address the slot in the draft.

Bleacher report lol. https://www.footballoutsiders.com/index.php?q=stats/dl The Eagles ranked MUCH better when they Curry's way than the Seahawks when they ran Bennett's way. Outside (Towards Sideline) Offensive Tackle TEAM ALY Rank ALY Rank PHI (Curry) 2.44 2 2.82 4 SEA (Bennett) 3.1 7 4.78 30 You could say that Curry was more fresh, but he played more run stopping downs (1st and 2nd) than pass rushing downs. Who cares that its BR... the guys doing the grading are knowledgeable and watch every snap. And, that's a team stat, plus Curry also didn't just line up at LDE. You can try and spin it however you want. Bennett isn't a much worse run defender.... if he even is worse at all which he probably wasn't. He makes a lot more disruptive run stops than Curry. Not to mention Curry hasn't been a good run defender in the past, so not sure if we can count on it continuing.

Tyron Smith struggled last season relatively speaking. Trent Williams is definitely still better than Solder.
