Even if Luck doesn’t come back to his former self right away, IC has Mariota who is a BDL-caliber starter.  However, there are some serious weaponry issues around him.  Anderson was good last year, and Chubb might be an upgrade, so the running game might not be bad.  However, Delanie is the only pass catcher who is of any real concern to opposing defenses.  There are a couple guys who might step up over the course of the year, but no one looks like a #1.  Their OL is very solid with no glaring holes, so the QB should have time…if only there was someone who could get open.

That said, IC is as deep as any team on the DL.  Behind a very good group of starters are a ton of young, talented players that could really grow this season.  They also have a couple of solid, if not spectacular starters at LB, but Barron could be upgraded.  White and Adoree are a great young CB tandem that will be around for a long time, and IC just needs someone to step up in the slot.  Behind them are two very rangy, instinctive safeties that will be allow those young CBs to be aggressive.  Passing deep against this teams 2 man shell will be near impossible.

Despite a few great position groups, the overall lack of passing weapons and good but not elite run game push IC down here.

#12 - Wichita

QB: Jared Goff - Teddy Bridgewater

RB: Leonard Fournette

WR: DeVante Parker - Simmie Cobbs

WR: Dez Bryant - Kenny Stills

TE: - Greg Olsen - Cameron Brate - Adam Shaheen

LT: Duane Brown - Antonio Garcia - Julie’n Davenport - Will Richardson

LG: Kelechi Osemele
C: Graham Glasgow
RG: Quentin Nelson - Mark Glowinski
RT: Jack Conklin - Garry Gilliam - Jamarco Jones - Denzelle Good

DE: Olivier Vernon - Arden Key
DT: Jonathan Allen - Karl Klug - Naziar Jones - Darius Latham
DT: A’Shawn Robinson - Pat Sims - Corey Peters
DE: Brandon Graham - Alex Okafor
LB: Sean Lee - Haason Reddick - Nate Orchard
LB: Luke Kuechly - AJ Klein - Joshua Perry

LB: Raekwon McMillan - Jelani Jenkins
CB: Aqib Talib - Ken Crawley - Daryl Worley
CB: Rashaan Melvin - Cordrea Tankersley - Brian Poole
NB: MJ Stewart
SS: Vonn Bell - Jabrill Peppers
FS: Harrison Smith - Jaquiski Tartt

Wichita looks to be set at QB for a long time and has one of the best RBs in the NFL.  However, they need to add at least two RBs cause no way Fournette would be useful in the 4th quarter or latter part of the season.  WR is also the 2nd weakest in BDL as Parker and Stills are solid BDL starters, Dez is a FA, and Cobbs went undrafted.  That said, they should have a very solid two-TE set, especially if Shaheen becomes the force I think he can.  Wichita should have a very solid OL with Osemele, Nelson, and Conklin all being studs and Glasgow is quite good.  Duane struggled a bit last year, but Wichita has a massive amount of OT depth.  With their OL, two TE sets, and Fournette, their offense will be able to grind out some wins, but there are no explosive players on the outside.

The starting DL for Wichita should be very good assuming Olivier doesn’t phone it in again this year and Allen/Robinson continue to grow.  Once again, depth is an issue as I really don’t know how many of their DL backups I trust going into the season.  That said, they have one of the best LB groups in BDL.  Kuechly and Lee, assuming health, are beasts, McMillan looked great before getting hurt, and Reddick has a chance to grow.  I also think their secondary will be improved as Talib has at least one more good year, one of Melvin or Crawley should be a decent #2, and I really like Stewart in the slot.  Von and Jabrill will be solid at SS, and Harrison is arguably the best safety in the NFL.

Despite a number of very strong areas, an overall lack of depth and dearth of WR talent keeps me from putting Wichita much higher.  I don’t see any help coming an WR and a couple injuries will knock them out of the playoff hunt.

#11 - OKC

QB: Cam Newton - Josh Rosen - Paxton Lynch

RB: Joe Mixon - Alex Collins - JD McKissic

FB: (empty)

WR: DJ Moore - Michael Gallup - Laquon Treadwell

WR: Anthony Miller - Taywan Taylor

Slot: Adam Theilen

TE: Mark Andrews - Jared Cook

LT: David Bakhtiari - Ereck Flowers - Brian O’Neill

LG: Billy Price - Spencer Drango

C: James Daniels - Mason Cole

RG: TJ Lang - Wes Schweitzer - Wyatt Teller

RT: Daryl Williams - Morgan Moses - Le’Raven Clark

DE: Montravius Adams

NT: Eddie Goldman - Tyeler Davison

DE: Cameron Heyward - Carl Davis

OLB: Ryan Kerrigan - Matt Judon - Connor Barwin

ILB: Darron Lee

ILB: Eric Kendricks - Kendell Beckwith

OLB: Von Miller - Kony Ealy

CB: Patrick Peterson - Morris Claiborne - Eli Apple - Trevor Williams

CB: Shaquill Griffin - Teez Tabor - Fabian Moreau - LeShaun Sims

FS: Malik Hooker - Jordan Poyer

SS: Adrian Amos

OKC, despite their attempts to troll with their lineup, had one of my favorite offseasons of any team.  I think Rosen upgrades Cam sooner rather than later, Mixon and Collins have a ton of potential, and their WR corps could be massively improved with the additions of Moore, Gallup, and Miller.  Not to mention, Andrews gives them an athletic presence at TE.  They have as good an OT tandem as you’ll find in BDL and added two huge interior OL upgrades in Daniels and Price with Lang holding down RG.  Teller could also start in Buffalo very soon.  Easily the most transformative offseason for any offense in BDL.

Goldman and Hayward are very good, but depth on the DL is a big concern.  Von and Kerrigan make for a dirty pass rushing pair, but once again, they lack depth on the edge.  Kendricks is a stud and both Beckwith and Lee are serviceable, but if one steps up this year, they look good at LB.  Outside of PP, OKC has a lot of highly drafted CBs that could grow into solid starters this year.  Not sure who would fit as a NB though, so that could be a concern.  Amos is very underrated and if Hooker stays healthy, he could be a top tier FS very soon.

Despite depth issues in the front 7, OKC improved as much as any team in the draft.  Their focus on rebuilding the offense looks great on paper, and if those early draft picks pan out, OKC could very easily have the best offense in BDL for years to come.  However, they are probably a year away from realizing this so are closer to the bottom than their overall talent suggests.

#10 - Orlando

QB: Patrick Mahomes - Baker Mayfield

RB: Alvin Kamara - Jerick McKinnon - Ronald Jones - Royce Freeman - Chris Carson - DeAndre Washington

WR: Allen Robinson - Josh Reynolds - Dante Pettis

WR: Mike Evans - Chad Williams

Slot: Sterling Shepard - Travis Benjamin

TE: Rob Gronkowski - Mike Gesicki - Jonnu Smith - Tyer Higbee

LT: Taylor Lewan - Garrett Bolles - Connor Williams

LG: Forrest Lamp - Austin Corbett
C: Frank Ragnow - Nick Martin
RG: Ali Marpet
RT: Lane Johnson - Trenton Brown - DJ Humphries

DE: Joey Bosa - Tyrone Holmes - Tyquan Lewis
DT: Kenny Clark - Danny Shelton - Nathan Shepard
DT: Ndamukong Suh - Henry Anderson - Xavier Cooper
DE: Vic Beasley - Josh Sweat - Cliff Avril
LB: Bobby Wagner - Jeremy Cash - Carl Lawson
LB: Danny Trevathan - Fred Warner - Jatavis Brown
CB: Jalen Ramsey - Briean Boddy-Calhoun
CB: Kevin King - James Bradberry - Delvin Breaux
NB: Jaire Alexander - Jason Verrett
SS: Keanu Neal - Xavier Woods - Troy Apke
FS: Eddie Jackson - Rodney McLeod - Trayvon Henderson

Orlando has one of the most talented rosters easily.  It will all come down to one of their QBs playing well.  Kamara is a stud and there’s depth behind him while the top three WRs for Orlando are perfect targets for Mahomes.  Plus Gronk.  Big WRs outside with a big TE and shifty slot WR.  The OL is also awesome.  Lewan, Marpet, and Lane are top notch, and if Lamp and Ragnow are as good as I think they will be, then this OL will be one of the top three in BDL.

This defense also has a ton of potential.  Bosa and Suh are beasts while Clark and Beasley are very good.  However, while there is nice DT depth, there is zero trustworthy depth on the Edge.  Bosa or Beasley going down would really hurt them.  Wagner and Trevathan make a great tandem, and I really like Warner as a backup to either.  Looking at the DBs, I’ll start at safety as Eddie Jackson was a total steal last year and Keanu is a great SS.  CB gets a bit more murky as Ramsey is one of the best CBs in the league, while the rest of the CBs have potential, but questions.  Most were inconsistent last year, while Verrett was hurt, and Jaire is a rookie.  if King and Jaire play up to their status and Verrett is healthy, they’ll be very difficult to pass on.

Orlando’s roster is good enough to get into the playoffs, but how well they do depends on a QB playing well.  Because they are largely unknowns at this point, I had to slide them down a bit.

#9 - Berlin

Offense

QB - Jameis Winston

RB - Lamar Miller - Derrius Guice - D'Onta Foreman - Corey Clement

TE1 - Kyle Rudolph - Bucky Hodges

TE2 - Hunter Henry - Erik Swoope

WR - DeSean Jackson - Will Fuller

WR - Tyreek Hill - Chris Godwin - Kenny Golladay

LT - Trent Williams - Kolton Miller

LG - Justin Pugh - Danny Isidora - Alex Cappa

C - Corey Linsley

RG - Gabe Jackson - Taylor Moton

RT - Ja'wuan James - Geron Christian

Defense

Int - Mike Daniels - Davon Godchaux - Adolphus Washington - Da'Shawn Hand

Int - Brandon Williams - Carlos Watkins - Rakeem Nunez-Roches

Edge - Justin Houston - Deatrich Wise - Trey Hendrickson - Lorenzo Carter

Edge - Demarcus Lawrence - Markus Golden - Dawuane Smoot

OLB - Tremaine Edmunds - Eli Harold

MLB - Rashaan Evans

OLB - Kiko Alonso

CB - AJ Bouye - Eric Rowe - Howard Wilson - Rashaan Gaulden

CB - Ronald Darby - Gareon Conley - Cre'Von LeBlanc

Slot - Mike Hilton - Quinten Rollins - Damontae Kazee

S - Eric Berry - Tashaun Gipson

S - Haha Clinton-Dix - Tarvarius Moore

The offense depends on Jameis playing like he did at the end of last year, someone stepping up at WR across from Tyreek, and our OL not getting crushed by injury, although we are much more equipped to handle OL injuries this year.  If those three things happen, Berlin could have a very strong, balanced offense.

On D, we think we have as good a front four as anyone in BDL, plus a ton of young talent to provide depth.  LB depends on Tremaine and Rashaan, but I am beyond excited with both as we needed an total revamp.  Our secondary needs someone to step up at CB across from Bouye, and for Berry to be healthy.  Hilton is a stud in the slot and Haha will have a very nice year in a new defense.  If our young guys grow up, we really think this could be the best D in BDL.

End of the day, it comes down to Jameis playing like he did at the end of last year.  If that happens, Berlin should make the playoffs with a chance at a deep run.  But not getting crushed by injury would help too.

For early review and rules for New Owners.

If an offer stands for 48 hours without a new bid then that player will automatically be signed by the winning team and locked on to your roster for the current year. You cannot take a bid back so please bid accordingly and make sure you have the cap space. Please try not to edit your posts as we will be using the timestamp for bid verification. If you do edit your edit time will be the official start time of the bid.

The League Minimum is $501 per year. In FA a player will continue to be bid on until 48 hours has elapsed from the previous bid. The initial bid has to be within the week of that position groups free agency period. Any bid on a player has to maintain a 40% basis of their real life salary

Any bids on FA players must be a minimum of 2 years.
Bids must follow FA rules.
To be a 4 year contract, salary has to be greater than $1,500
To be a 5 year contract, salary has to be greater than $2,000
To be a 6 year contract, salary has to be greater than $2,500

For contract totals that are $5,000 and under the current offer needs to be beaten by at least $250.
For contract greater than or equal to $5,000 but less than $10,000 the current offer needs to be beaten by at least $500.
For contracts greater than or equal to $10,000 but less than $20,000 the current offer needs to be beaten by at least $1,000
Contracts greater than or equal to $20,000 the current offer must be beaten by $2,000

For every extra year added you must add at least 60% of the leading bids salary to the total contract size. When decreasing the years for every year taken off you add 60% of the average contract size of the year lost to the contract size for the number of years you want
