That way you can get rid of week 17 and thanksgiving This works but this also brings up the question(s) of how do we deal with injuries(If someone plays the week you're not playing but doesn't play the next week etc.) and should we cut games from the BDL schedule. We've got divisions already laid out, so removing a single or more conf. games wouldn't be a big deal. This time of year, you've got family coming in from out of town, shopping, cleaning, entertaining, watching kids as they are out of school. It just makes it so difficult for everyone to put the effort into BDL, especially during a time when these late season games hendge on if you make the playoffs, or a division rival getting a pass due to their opponent not providing a plan that week. Several teams this week, myself included either weren't able to get their plan in on time, or simply posted a quick line or two. Also, providing a bye week, gives everyone a much needed break.
