Kind of guy you love to have, but $1.9M is way too much for him tbh

I'm pretty sure we'll give him an extension that knocks that down a bit, as we've done with Heath and Jones

Original round tender. Try to sign him to a cheaper extension though. He plays a bigger role than most give him credit for.  He is a key ST guy and our FB. We are a running team now and Smith works well with Zeke.
