Griffen looked like he had a great start in the first run, I have no doubt it was faster, but I don't trust the simulcast as being particularly accurate. They keep simulcasting him with people who ran high 4.3 official 40's and he's right on. So it probably was 4.38 or reeeeeeally close to it.
