D82
Can we bring back Waititi to direct some more episodes? That was easily the best of the season. Pretty sure Kwill is dead...usually don't bury someone who is alive unless you've got some issues.

Oregon Ducks
Holy...! That was an awesome episode. Amazing season and apparently we won’t have to wait too long for Season 2. I started tearing up when it looked like Din was going to die. I didn’t realize how much I loved that character.
Deadpulse
For those unfamiliar with the Dark Saber here is a quick hit run down: In the Old Republic thousands of years ago this Saber was made by a Mandalorian who became a Jedi. When he died, the Saber was passed down to his line, not necessarily force sensitive. This continued for centuries until Maul showed up during the Clone Wars, took control of the Saber and with it the Death Watch Mandos and kinda ran Mandalore for a bit. When Maul fell from grace the Saber was left on his home world until Sabine Wren and Ezra Bridger found it during Rebels right as the rebellion against the Empire was taking shape. She handed it over to Bo-Katan to let her lead the Mandalorians during the Rebellion. That was the last time we saw it until this point.
drd23
Isn't there only a few decades between the Clone Wars and when The Mandalorian is set? Why did the armourer mando talk about Jedis as if they were some sort of legend? Or did I misinterpret that...

Thousands But also a lot of people don't think about it because Jedi are the focus of the movies and such but the vast majority of people in the Galaxy have never seen one so a lot of them do think they are a myth. Remember even in a new hope which was even closer to the end of the clone wars then this show Han didn't believe the Jedi were real. THE DUKE
Pretty sure I heard that the show is something like 5 years after RotJ, and takes place in the outer reaches of the galaxy. Not knowing much about Jedi didn't seem strange to me.

We may even see Hux, or the mask of Ren make an appearance before everything wraps up.

thrILL!
Favreau killed it on the script. The conversation between the scout troopers on their speeder bikes was hilarious. Always check the wreckage.

No real reason another 3-4 seasons couldn't stretch that timespan. Also let's the Kid mature and be more interactive.
