If he just has to be on the team then you will be able to drop the picture sooner. If he has the be the starter then you could be rocking that pic for a very long time. Why would anyone give up on an early second round pick with high potential after only one season??? I know Kizer underperformed as a rookie but he was just that: A Rookie! We have seen many, many QBs over the years perform poorly as a rookie just to then have a spectacular second season. Donovan McNabb being a solid example.
