Hard to see what happened here, but from a distance Witherspoon's coverage seemed off:

Not a great showing from Robinson, beaten on all three of those - though wow, that Aldrick move was sharp as hell.

Eh, I'd be more worried if the WRs were losing these drills. WR vs. CB 1-on-1 drills are meant to favor the receiver. After all, in the passing game, QBs are typically looking to take advantage of single coverage whenever possible. In 11-on-11 there will be less space for a WR to work, and linebackers/safeties in zones.  Robinson pretty much had blanket coverage each time. That's all good for me.
