8.25 without accounting for the top 51 cap rule. You remove the 8.25 but then add on another 500k to 800k depending on who had the 52nd highest cap hit. Adds roughly 7.5 million in effective cap space.

why would a team want to give up anything if they know there going cut him.. could see Ebron in Philly green/ NE/ Seattle or the Jets

You only make this move if you know you have a good shot at a player like Suh. You don't dump one of your best weapons for nothing if you don't have a damn good shot at using that cap space to get a great player. Something better be lined up. 

I also guess this means we won't see much from the TE position unless a good TE falls to like the 5th round.
