Bryce Callahan is still a guy if had great interest in. He’d be an excellent slot corner, and he can return punts.

With the Bears signing Robinson, Gabriel, Burton, and Fuller, I don’t really see how they could match an offer sheet.

Not so much for us. I just find it weird they would cut him.

What's the cap looking like

~$20M

Spotrac has the Vikings currently at $29.9M in space. That does include the Murray restructuring and Wright release, but they don’t have Richardson’s contract listed, yet.

Was wondering that also.. I think we’re still around 23 million under with wright being cut. I wonder why they felt the need to cut him unless we’re planning on signing more free agents. Maybe they’ll try to bring him back at a lower contract

I imagine we'll dip our toes back into the water as this next week wanes on and guarantees start to become pretty minimal. We still need a few pieces, but at this point we're bargain shopping. If the price becomes right on a saftey like Eric Reid or Vaccaro I'd be stoked. I also wouldnt mind bringing Mike Wallace back for a second tour in MN, he can still take the top off a defense from time to time and Cousins has the arm to take advantage.
