Landry is a pass specialist that'll see the field every for sure passing down. He gets handled in the run game. Chubb has the stregnth, athletic ability, and motor to play all three downs. I still think hes got a little attitude issues but his film is outstanding. He can beat you with the bull rush, the speed & bend around the outside, and he can use his hands to get by.

Barkley! Absolutely Barkley! He will need to be accounted for EVERY SINGLE PLAY he is on the field! Peak Adrian Peterson’s running ability with Leveon Bell’s receiving prowess!! What Rodgers could do with a piece like that affecting coverage and play calls!!!

This will be a fun exercise to get everyone involved.  Let's create a forum big board and see how it shapes up.  We've got roughly a month and a week until the draft.  Let's see if we can get a top 64.

Unless anyone is opposed, let's put Bradley Chubb penciled in as our #1 player.

So whose #2 on the Packers big board?  Let me know if you want someone added to the poll.

There seems to be quite a bit of opposition (yet somehow I doubt that will matter, knowing what I know).

And I agree: Barkley should be #1. Not a need? Whatever, Barkley is the kind of RB that carries teams. You pair him with Rodgers? Say goodnight. Who even needs a D?

I actually created a "Big Board" for 14 elsewhere since some time ago, though I continually revise it. As of now, it's:

--(TOP-TIER)--
1.) Saquon Barkley
2.) Bradley Chubb
3.) Tremaine Edmunds
4.) Denzel Ward
5.) Derwin James
6.) Marcus Davenport

--(mini- tier line)--
7.) Minkah Fitzpatrick
8.) Quenton Nelson
9.) Rashaan Evans
10.) Roquan Smith

--(hard- tier line)--
11.) Carlton Davis
12.) Isaiah Oliver
13a.) Mike Hughes
13b.) Jaire Alexander

I had Vea at 6 but dropped him after the Wilkerson signing.

I like this list with a few deletions and a few changes, but minor. Smith is higher on my list than Evans. Alexander is #11 and every other CB slides down 1. If #2-6 are gone you'd have to consider trading down in the round and getting an extra second. I'd have Landry on this list, probably before Evans and right after Smith. I think Fitzpatrick is a jack of all trades and master of none. He's going to be over drafted IMO, hope it is not by us.

Let's hope 4-5 QB's go in the top 13 as well as 4 -5 offensive players. That would put us in position to get one of the top 5 defenders on your list.

Agree. Rogers doesn’t use the RB’s much in the passing game but what he does do is use his playmakers. Barkley is a huge playmyand AR would have a field day dumping off or finding him in the passing game.

I just feel like this team adding a great running back is like wearing suspenders and a belt.  We already have everything we need at the position and we won't even use them the right way / enough.

If you got a great one you use him. We’ve never had a great one we could use in the passing game. Think Kamara, Tomlinson or Marshall Faulk but with more size and speed. Takes pressure off of the WR corps as well.

We literally have a wide receiver converted to running back and you're trying to tell me we've never had one that we can use in the passing game?
