Intermittent fast start with a 16-8 so 16 hours of no eating and 8 hours of eating window. Once you get that down and your body adjust then start with a 20-4. While fasting just have to stay away from liquids that have carbs and it gives you more variety on what you can eat.

Been doing this for years just not on weekends and its the best change I have made.

This was another thing I was doing to lose weight.  My "fasting" though was essentially eating between 730am and 5pm.  I wouldn't eat outside of those hours.  It wasn't full blown fasting but refraining from eating after 5pm, imo, made a huge difference.

Yeah, with the fasting its so flexible because you just pick your eating window based on your schedule. Like mine is 10am to 6pm when I do a 18-6 and eating window is 2pm-6pm when I do a 20-4. I hate breakfast and I think for an adult its one of the most useless meals we have. IMO you dont need to eat 3 meals a day. 2 meals with little snacks in between should be enough. Unless your bulking.

My nephews joked that uncle was on the perma bulk routine. 150lbs in HS 240lbs a few years ago before realizing 'I'm too old to bulk' LOL

Non football news but something big just happened in Lebanon.  Could just be an accident but the last thing we need right now is a conflict.

A lot of crazy going on. All the different narratives in politics and how conspiracies are becoming more accepted, and learning of China’s record floods. Plus it’s been snowing in China, very strange.

The world in general is getting turned upside down.  There will be some far reaching consequences over the next 18 months that are going to make right now seem somewhat normal.  I do not want to put my tin foil hat on but somebody has turned on the fan and drank a lot of prune juice.

That explosion was crazy!

My best friend was born in Beirut.... was adopted back in ‘84 from a Orthodox Christian Church that was bombed to rubble like a month or so after.  He travels their quite often too... and was living there the past few years for half of the year.

The town in live in has a very large Lebanese population.  We have a Lebanese-American Club and tons of restaurants.  This isn’t a recent wave of immigration either the Lebanese population in my town dates back to the 1910s.  There really good people.... couldn’t say a bad thing about them.

I don’t believe that was a fireworks factory explosion like the news said.  It’s even come out that warehouse was used to store confiscated explosives from 5-7 years ago (I could be slightly off on the number of years).

I’m into “home made fireworks”... yeah let’s just call it that 😉.... (Note: I don’t hurt anything or anyone I just put on a good 4th of July show) and it takes 3 things to make an explosion: 1) fuel source 2) oxidizer 3) ignition.

Ammonium nitrate is an oxidizer.  It doesn’t blow up on its own.... simply put it takes an energy source and releases energy.... quickly.  There still has to be a massive amount of a fuel source (aluminum, magnesium, sulfur powder OR gasoline/liquid fuel) mixed in with the oxidizer AND it as to be ignited.  Most explosives capable of a big explosion need a high temperature ignition (such as det cord or magnesium ribbon) to ignite them.

There has to be more to this story.  I’m not saying it’s terrorism.... (but it is Lebanon for god sakes LOL)... But for any explosion let alone THAT explosion it would require a massive fuel source being mixed in what the oxidizer.  That doesn’t happen by simple accident or negligence.  It requires a massive fuel source to be added to the ammonium nitrate.. how does that happen?  Idk I’d say we’ll find out though but I kinda doubt it

I also have a few Lebanese friends and one of them posted a story about the trial for the ex-PM Rafik Hairi's murder.  Apparently 4 members of Hezbollah are supposed to get their sentences this Friday.  There is also a report of a second explosion in city at the Hairi residence.  He says people he knows could hear jets flying over head when it happened.  Some of this is reporting and some is hearsay.  Take it for what you will if you are interested in looking deeper.  Not saying he is correct but Trump came right out the gates calling it an attack.  That is either bad speculation or he knows something.  I am going to put my tin foil hat back on the coat rack now.

Well Trump said his generals believed it was an attack.  I love the guy but wished he wouldn’t do these things.  He’s talking. About a serious international issue like he’s shooting the ****e with his friends and making some real generalized statements.

nonetheless.... I Think he’s onto something.  Lebanon is a whole other world compared to the US.  Wouldn’t surprise me at all is Hezbollah did this as a statement of things to come if they’re demands are met or in retaliation.  Wouldn’t surprise me if Mossad did it.  Literally nothing would surprise me here.  That whole region has sooo many shady organizations and characters I’d be surprised it was anything but an attack.

Last thing we need right is to have another destabilized region on the brink of armed conflict.  Whether Trump is correct or not it is probably something he needed to keep to himself at the press briefing.  It is a bad play either way.

Another destabilized region?

lmao hate to break it to you but Lebanon’s never been “stable”.  Sure there’s not massive bombings left and right like in the past but their in financial collapse and always in the middle of some war games with Israel and Syria.

I was saying they are destabilized but getting pushed to the brink if this turns out to not be an accident.  Lebanon has not been stable most of the time since the early 80's and there was already a lot of civil unrest going on currently.

A news article I read that caught my attention was Trump is giving grants to child trafficking survivors. Imagine if it was really true that a lot of political leaders are a part of a sick phedo ring. What if Trump the “outsider” was actually the only main political leader not apart of it.The Wayfair story was crazy too me.

People can complain about Trump for this and that but he has been very very strong against sex trafficking.  He shut down Backpage and a ton of “escort websites”.  He’s had numerous large scale sex trafficking/kiddy porn busts.  It barely got any coverage.

Whether his buddy Alex Jones convinced him of the kabbal of reptilian, devil worshipping Elites running a peddo ring or not..... he’s deserves a lot of credit for this.  Idk how it’s not an issue both sides could agree to work on.
