Also got a pinched nerve in my neck. Never been so uncomfortable the past 48 hours. It's awful when the pain medicine stops working.

I did it January to get back into it post holiday and it was a great 6 week plan. Lost my consistency with covid so coming back committed finally

Interesting. I may look into something similar as this. I don't have a cable system, medicine balls, etc but could sub other stuff no problem.

I am about to start the Sorinex Deadcember (https://www.instagram.com/sorinex_deadcember/?hl=en).  Had to take the first 4 days off because of knee pain.  You got to listen to the body.  Squatober (https://www.instagram.com/sorinex_squatober/?hl=en) is over but you can find both programs on IG.  Other plans I use are 20 rep sets (https://www.boxrox.com/how-to-build-muscle-improve-your-body-with-the-20-rep-squat-program/) and Olympic lifts.  I do not want to look like an upside down triangle.  Trying to look more like Earl Campbell.

I been working from home So I get it in during lunch. Hopefully by Jan I can do 7 min straight with the punching bag. Boxing is great cardio imo
