I am about to start the Sorinex Deadcember (https://www.instagram.com/sorinex_deadcember/?hl=en). Had to take the first 4 days off because of knee pain. You got to listen to the body. Squatober (https://www.instagram.com/sorinex_squatober/?hl=en) is over but you can find both programs on IG. Other plans I use are 20 rep sets (https://www.boxrox.com/how-to-build-muscle-improve-your-body-with-the-20-rep-squat-program/) and Olympic lifts. I do not want to look like an upside down triangle.
