Edmunds was a 9.84 so .03 less than LVE. Lorenzo Carter was a 10, best LB ever to test at the Combine. Carter didn't do agility drills though so that's just comparing his H/W, 10, 40 and jumps.

I thought Carter only did 3 events?

I would say that top 1.3% of combine LBs (I assume that's the group number) is 'rare' ;)
