If I'm John Mara, I would respond by saying that OBJ will not be getting a new deal until he sets both of his feet inside a barbershop!  :D

Seriously, though, I don't see him going anywhere.  This is the time of the year when players and FO's talk tough to keep proper posture during the negotiation process.  When all is said and done, OBJ will probably still be a Giant when Week 1 rolls around.  Good luck in the draft and in the 2018 season!

He’s gonna be a Giant for a long time, barring anything catastrophic.

(this got longer than expected) Please dont use Dak and Dez as an example. Come on. Dak is a 4th round pick whose poor QB play has been vastly over looked because Zeke is a monster. Dak and Dez dont work cause Dak is not a good quarterback, he is very limited as a thrower of the football. And Dez is never on the field. I would hope whoever we draft at 2 is a better QB than Dak.........

yeah it was just everyone's imagination that the cowboys offense was stuck in neutral whenever Zeke wasnt playing. Come on now.

I just saw this about OBJ on NFL.com.  Maybe he's not such a bad guy after all.  Cool move on his part.

He’s also at voluntary team workouts right now despite not being 100% due to the ankle.  He’s a diva, but he’s doing the right things right now.

He's done a lot of awesome stuff like this, a lot of it under the radar. He really is a good guy. He's just ultra competitive and emotional.

Wasn’t last year the only one he didn’t join voluntary team workouts?

I don’t need that to tell me whether he is a good guy or not. It’s about whether people feed into the media BS and nitpicking they put on him.
