Most people aren't going to find employment with a company they are suing. People need to realize that NFL is a private company that isn't obligated to include anyone in their company. If you were a professional burger flipper suing McDonalds, it doesn't matter how good you are at flipping those burgers... you're not gonna find employment with them. Whether or not he was blackballed is in the past, from a signing perspective. He's not an option at this point.
