Woz
*shrugs* Sliding down the 6th round 17 spots for a 3rd string QB. Eh, okay.

Woz
So, the Browns turned 2018 7.01, Kevin Hogan and Jason McCourty into 2018 6.
Don Roshi
Every QB under contract for the Browns has a winning record now.
sdrawkcab321
Why would Washington do this? We would have cut him.
ACO
Browns cleared that QB room quick. They pretty set now Tyrod - Bridge Stanton - Backup #1 Pick - The future.

Getting something for those guys is better than nothing. Still, I feel like McCourty was traded too cheaply for the Browns. Flipside, Browns probably got away with a steal for Hogan. Broncofan
Fun fact - DEN’s and now all 3 CLE 2017 QB’s have been acquired in trade. Shows what being cheap means value wise. Same thinking as JAX trading the conditional 7th for Kessler. Just if you told me 4 guys who teams would trade for CLE & DEN weren’t exactly the teams that come to mind as targeted sellers. It was pretty much a guarantee that Hogan would have been cut at some point, so getting anything for him is a win.
HTTRDynasty
The only way I'm on board with this move is if Jay wanted a young QB already familiar with his system so that we can cut McCoy and use those cap savings to help us sign Hankins.
