SemperFeist
After two games, Brian O’Neill has graded as PFF’s 20th overall rookie offensive linemen (out of 51). He’s graded 10th in terms of pass blocking. Honestly, he should be running with the 1’s against Seattle.

He was the 12th OL overall in the 2018 draft: 1st Round: Nelson (6th overall), McGlinchey (9), Miller (15), Ragnow (20), Price (21), Wynn (23) 2nd Round: Corbet (1st), Hernandez (2), Smith (5), Daniels (7), Williams (18), O'Neill (30) so you were close! How about 18th highest pass block grade of 101 tackles of any experience level playing a minimum 40 snaps? 40th highest overall grade of those 101 tackles? One of only 11 tackles league-wide who hasn't been charged with a pressure allowed, having played the 2nd most snaps (one snap less than Noteboom of the Rams) of any of those 11 tackles?

OK, that's a little better.
Krauser
Meanwhile, Connor Williams, considered (by many, including me) as a plug-and-play starter who the Vikings could've or should've targeted for a trade up in the 2nd round, has been struggling at LG for the Cowboys: Williams looks awfully small there. He wasn't able to lift weights in the offseason. Putting him out there without a decent amount of time lifting just seems like asking for trouble. Would be great if he was ready to go. I just don't expect it. I suppose if I had to make a guess I would say: Reiff-Compton-Edison-Remmers-Hill But I think that has a less then 40% chance of being right too. So basically, your guess is as good as mine.
SemperFeist
Elflein is pushing blocking sleds around on the sidelines as part of his rehab. I’m not worried about his strength. Ankles look good. Edited August 22, 2018 by SemperFeist

I’m liking his potential, though.

Wouldn’t be upset to see him earn the starting LG position.
