Pretty straightforward.. hits tend to have completion % in the 63+ range and int % below 2.2% Geno Smith is the only guy in "miss" category to hit both thresholds. But you're right, there is no point. Why would John DeFilippo, considered the best QB coach/hottest head coaching candidate care so much? http://www.philly.com/philly/sports/eagles/philadelphia-eagles-quarterbacks-coach-john-defilippo-interception-percentage-20170823.html?mobi=true

I understand, I'm speaking in terms of your formula because he had a 59.3% and had 19 ints his senior year at BC

Ryan was also #2 in the country in pass attempts, and Boston College was #107 in rushing.
Scout
For time constraints here are 3 hits and how their INT% translated to NFL Tannehill college= 2.71 NFL= 2.5 Cousins college= 2.65 NFL= 2.6 Jameis college= 3.29 NFL= 2.
Scout
Not dismissing the fact he has a 56% career completion percentage, but why doesn't anyone talk about Allen's 3.23 career INT %

The biggest issue I had with Geno coming out was how he excelled at easy throws and sucked hard at hitting any difficult ones. He did well in the middle of the field, but couldn't hit receivers on the outside with the same (or any) consistency. Mayfield (whose my top QB) has a ton of 'easy' throws as well in Lincoln Riley's system but the difference I see is when Mayfield does need to make a throw outside, he can hit them... Above I kept all the guys in each category who were around Rosen's numbers (60-62%, Above 2%). You know the odd thing about the two hits, which is my BIGGEST concern with Rosen? Dalton and specifically Wilson can both throw on the move and each of them have great athleticism for the position. Rosen is by far the worst in the entire draft class at throwing on the move. Not even just among the "top QB's," but his numbers are bad in that regard.
Danger
A lot of those "Hits" are VERY debatable at this point.

I question whoever "Solak" is. His charting is wayyyyy off from what PFF has.

I basically defined a hit at a starter, not necessarily a starter you win because of.
