Kinda what I'm thinking, in the 5th round, hell yeah. Good role player, nice little swiss army knife you can insert a few places and looks to be a special teams ace possibility too. In the 3rd round, I'll pass on the combine hype

My thoughts exactly.

i think he is a pretty safe bet as a ST ace.  However,  after that I think he is a gimic player in sub packages.  You will only be as successful as your DC is creative with him.

Voted Griffin. At this point in the draft, I am cool with rolling the dice with my assumption that worst case scenario he is a core special teamer. I can live with that in the third with an upside of a potential sub package player.

I dont see a path to playing time for any of those OLBs or CBs and I do not value drafting a running back this year with Bell aboard. WR would probably be my debating choice because Rogers played 35% of the snaps last year, so there is a path to PT, especially if you have ST abilities.

But the ability is there with Griffin and I would be okay taking a shot at that with already having taken a ILB and a Safety.

Thanks for breaking the tie, @Dcash4

After a contested vote, we finally have a winner:

With the 92nd pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, the Pittsburgh Steelers select

Shaquem Griffin, linebacker University of Central Florida

Fun fact:  Shaquem has a twin brother who also played for UCF.

Dalton Schultz, TE, Stanford

Justin Watson, WR, Pennsylvania

 Dylan Cantrell, WR, Texas Tech

Cedrick Wilson, WR, Boise State

Taylor Hearn, OG, Clemson

Colby Gossett, OG, Appalachian State

Kalen Ballage, RB, Arizona State

Jeff Holland, OLB, Auburn

Bilal Nichols, DT, Delaware

Skai Moore, OLB, South Carolina

 Genard Avery, ILB, Memphis

 Avonte Maddox, CB, Pittsburgh

Davontae Harris, CB, Illinois State

Tarvarus McFadden, CB, Florida State

Michael Joseph, CB, Dubuque

Jordan Whitehead, FS, Pittsburgh

 Siran Neal, SS, Jacksonville State

DeShon Elliott, SS, Texas

 Troy Apke, SS, Penn State

Dorance Armstrong Jr., DE, Kansas

I threw in some players with a 6th round grade since the Steelers do not have a 6th pick.  First player I throw off the list is Apke.

With Jebrick post...Watson and Wilson  at WR....Nichols the DL Steelers brought in for visit...Neal at SS interesting too.

I like Neil because he was a press corner without the hips to make it in the NFL.  Thus a Safety.  If they want a RB then this is the round with Ballage.  WR already mentioned.  Joseph and Harris are two good corners. Skai Moore would be a great pick but we have Griffin.
