TheKillerNacho
Doubt the Saints match it. They just signed Cam Meredith away from the Bears, and re-signed Brandon Coleman, who took away snaps in the slot from Snead last year.
tom cody
Could be a good pickup for the Ravens, have to see if the Saints match or not.
Crickett
Does this mean the Ravens aren't going WR in the draft? Michael Crabtree, John Brown and Willie Snead might not be the best group of receivers in the NFL by any stretch, but they're at least passable. Maybe that is the group they're going with? bucsfan333
That's gotta rule out Baltimore for the Dez sweepstakes. Can't imagine New Orleans matches.
AFF
Ravens just can’t resist vet FA WRs can they?
wackywabbit
Man, they really don't want to draft wide receivers.

Is it passable though? It seems like a typical Ravens' group. Names that people know because they were effective at one point, but the teams they flashed with have all passed on them. The Saints went after Meredith because they obviously preffered him to Snead. The approach is just dumpster diving.
M.10.E
Don't hate it. Crabtree/Brown/Snead is as good a WR group we could've expected with our situation.
ravens5520
I don't see how this would keep the Ravens from wanting a rookie WR if one fell into their laps. All the WRs are on short term deals with John Brown and Snead if signed.

Crabs is good and Snead will be fine, but Brown had problems with his sickle cell in Arizona.. the 2nd half of the season for him in Baltimore? Yeah, might as well call that an 8 week rental. I don't see him being available once weather turns frigid.

M.10.E
I actually really like this group. More talented than any group we've had in years.

Not only that, but I do believe that it is a considerably better grouping then the Ravens have had for a while. It's not great, but I think it gets them out of the bottom 2-3 basement of the position, possibly.
