Just the facts on what Rodgers days Cool thanks. I just heard that one story on Twitter.
gopherwrestler
So now they have another slow LB. I think he ran a 5.1 40 a couple years ago. I get the move tho, basically dumped a player that was probably going to get cut and gained some depth at a LB position where they desperately needed help. No other Packer LB is close to that 50 time? FWIW, ive read that 40 time at the combine was related to a knee injury but not sure if that’s true. Wasn't the issue that Packers fans complained about with their defense was a lack of speed? or...was that only for the secondary?
wcblack34
Don't argue. Every Packer acquisition is a hall of famer. I guess every team needs its own version of Paul Allen.

Quinten Rollins or Ledarious Gunter are/were slow... The rest of the previous DBs were very fast, they just weren't good football players. The only other LBer I can think of ( Ryan is on IR) is Martinez. I don't think I'd call Martinez slow for a 3-4 ILB. Probably average speed. Oren Burks should be back in a couple weeks, but he's super fast/athletic. so I wasn't sure who he was talking about? What Packer fans mostly complained about with their defense was Dom Capers. Well, I think everyone else was having a constructive football conversation that you guys in the viking forum like to pride yourself on. Why can't you keep it that way without the smack talk? VikeManDan
Crap. They probably have 3 1st rounders now....
Krauser
6th round pick for Hundley is probably fair. Values him a little lower than Siemian (traded for a 5th rounder also heading into the last year of his rookie deal). Interesting decision in that Hundley clearly outplayed Kizer this preseason. Kizer's still super young (22, to Hundley's 25) and I guess they're betting on his long-term upside. I think Hundley would've been a better backup QB if needed this year, but this is the last year of his rookie deal so he was gone next year anyway. Packers new QB3 is Tim Boyle, who was pretty good for a bottom of the depth chart guy this preseason. He can probably go to the practice squad with only 2 QBs kept on the roster. That would allow them to keep 7 WRs (8 receivers have a strong case to make the team: the 3 starters, the 3 rookies, return specialist Trevor Davis, and UDFA practice squad reclamation Jake Kumerow, who's been lights out this preseason). Sounds like what the Vikings had a habit of doing with the WRs in the past...throw crap up against the wall and see what sticks.
