In order to keep his customers coming back to his site, he often raises up prospects or lowers other prospects during his weekly rankings just to keep things interesting on his site, even if he does not really believe them himself. It is the art of making money. I have found that only his preseason rankings, his post Mayock rankings and his final ranking, really reflect his current thinking, the rest is just all for show to keep his customers returning and willing to put out money.
