FGK
Such a subtle and masterful troll job @NudeTayne. Frustrating and maddening without ever being disrespectful or rude. Many hat tips to you.

Nobody got mad, we are a even-keeled bunch for the most part in this forum Years of watching the Dolphins play has raised our anger threshold beyond most posters' reach This thread makes a lot more sense if this was a troll job, I was convinced he was serious and was eagerly anticipating his response to my last post. FGK
Hahaha, yeah, something tells me this might happen again elsewhere if another starting QB goes down for another team. My guess is the FO would move him for nothing much.

The one lone bad year he had, was under B.O.B. who apparently can't develop a QB to save his life (or his job as this year will most likely prove). He built his reputation by coaching an already all world Tom Brady, he has literally developed no pro QB, and in fact, since he has been in Houston, that is about equal to Cleveland in regards as where QBs go to die. A lot of that completion percentage was on his team mates not him. What else can a QB do when he throws the ball, and it hits the WR in the hands/numbers, and they simply drop it. Or when the QB throws the ball where it needs to be, but the WR has given up on the route and is not there, but instead 10 yards away slow jogging on the field? Even if Cutler is injured we have that Matt Moore fellow who is a better QB than Osweiler anyway. I would love to hear the specific logic behind this statement. [sic: His] Brock's mechanics are near flawless (only thing that really needs work is getting more lift on the ball near the line of scrimmage to cut down batted passes). He has prototypical size, he is durable, has above average accuracy, velocity on his passes, and arm strength, good athleticism and escapability in the pocket. A tremendous part of him looking bad last year was on his team mates, and coaching.

Just checking out the new forums and had to stop by this location. Osweiler looked woeful against the Pats in the playoffs. 23/40 1 td 3 ints. 197 yards passing. His defense gave him multiple opportunities in that game as well.

Its not all about the stats, watch some 2016 Osweiler game tape. That completion percentage is significantly lowered by constantly hitting WRs in the hands and them dropping the ball, or WRs giving up on the routes extremely early and the ball landing right where they should have been. That entire offense gave up last year, and it is very easy to see on tape.
