You can use that theory with reverse positions. We can get a Sony Michel, Nick Chubb, Ronald Jones, or Rashad Penny in round 2. The guard prospects will thin out after Hernandez and Wynn are taken.

I’d also be willing to stay with Perine as the lead back with Hernandez. Instantly upgrades the run blocking. Next we need a road grader at TE.

I agree here. I think Perine was really starting to come into his own during the Saints game. He compliments Chris Thompson really well. When Thompson got hurt, Perine wasn’t as effective. I think with a healthy CT and a full year under Perine’s belt, I’d be ok with giving him another year as the “starter”. I think he’s very upgradable but I wouldn’t want to pass up top talent to draft his replacement.

I have LVE rated here as the BPA, but since he doesn't have any votes I'm gonna vote for someone who has a greater chance to win. The entire defense fell apart when Jonathan Allen went down, that means we have huge depth issues. Both McClain/McGee are almost assuredly gone next year. You add Taven Bryan to our defensive line rotation and I think that can only help our defense as a whole.
