Tottenham’s stadium has never hosted an NFL game. You’re referring to Twickenham Stadium, which did such a terrible job this past year with their two games that the NFL did’t want to use them going forward, instead opting to go with Tottenham’s new stadium.

I made a mistake with the total seats. The 36,000 is for the stadium that was demolished for the one they’re building. The new stadium holds 62,000; less than 75% the capacity of Wembley. The Jags would lose about $2.5M per game by playing at Tottenham’s stadium. This on top of the ownership revenue the team will get from hosting those games.

Buying Wembley allows Shad to guarantee other teams can’t steal the Wembley series from him, and guarantees that the Jags will continue to play in the biggest stadium in Europe for those games.

What team is going to steal the Wembley series?  NFL is now forcing teams that are moving/moved to give up a home game for the London games.  Why would that be necessary if there were volunteers other than the Jags?

There are owners who love to play in London, like Kraft from the Patriots, but only if it's a road game because it then becomes a neutral site game and he knows that Belichick will have the team properly prepared (result: 3 blow out wins in London as the away team).

Wembley isn’t the biggest stadium in Europe.

Indeed. The Nou Camp in Barcelona is the biggest at 99,000 with plans to expand it to 105,000. Wembley is #2 at 90,000 though for NFL games the capacity is reduced slightly as the first few rows on both sidelines are tarped off because of restricted views.

Somehow buying Wembley for $600 million to save $2.5 million per game sounds like the return on investment can take some time...

Stop making sense.

Don't think the English FA would be too happy with Wembley stadium, the home of English soccer since 1923, being used exclusively as an NFL ground. This has nothing to do with a potential move of a franchise, it's just good ol' fashioned business. Rich getting richer.

Ahhhh, but the largest stadium in the WORLD is Rungrado May Stadium in Pyongyang, North Korea (the former Hoon Gahh Mass Execution Facility), which can hold 150,000 loyal citizens of the state!

Kim Jong Un in truth wants nothing more than to have his own NFL Flanchise, "pray fute-bol with Big Boys, Tom Blady! Bier Berrichik! Glonkowski!", of which he would be head coach, general manager, owner, generalissimo, and Co-mishi-nah whole Reague! All this nuclear testing is just a bluff intended to coerce Donnarr Tlump into allowing North Korea to have an NFL Team, The Pyongyang Brave Fleedom Fighters, Death To The Running Dogs of Imperialism! (The Koreans aren't much on short-punchy names)

In addition to their prospective team, the North Koreans already have their own sexy cheerleaders, The Pyonyang Hot Mamma Second-Crass Citizen Child Providers, who show their well-drilled precision:

Talks are, happily, underway, toward recognizing North Korea as a World Power in Football. Sticky negotiating point is that Kim Jong Un must agree to abandon unauthorized Combine Tests of undlafted corridge prayers over the Sea of Japan; there are reports of a recent illegal 40-yard-dash testing of Orando Brown on a remote island causing a seismic disturbance in Tokyo, and threats of a tsunami.

Kim Jong Un, to date, does not have a great re-rationship with Shad Khan, but he is best buds with Dennis Lodman!

Yeah, makes tons of sense if you ignore literally every other event that an owner of a stadium receives revenue for.
