Is Bulaga worth the money?

What exactly are we going to use the savings on?  Is he worth his contract?  Probably not because of his injuries but there are plenty of Packers who are vastly overpaid... Randall Cobb and CM3 are 2 that come to mind very quickly as 2 of the more overpaid players in the league.

At this point, salary cap space matters very little given the caliber of players available.  Right now, Buluga is more valuable than any salary cap space gained.

I'd hardly describe Bulaga as 'dominant'. He hasn't been at even a pro-bowl level in about three years. Oh, and he doesn't stay on the field. Will he be healthy be TC? Will he start season on PUP? Not enough information about cutting him but if he's a candidate to be on PUP to start the season, buh bye.

Brian Bulaga has been a dominate right tackle when healthy. Would you be willing to cut him after he refused a pay cut?

If Bulaga is healthy he is worth the money but how often has that been true. Does he really think he wil get clsoe to 8 million when the Packers cut him. I don't see it maybe 5 or 6 million but thats top dollar.

and use the meager savings for what exactly??

4.75m is fairly significant. not arguing for it, but if they feel that (A) there is a viable replacement already on the roster, and (B) they don't think Bulaga is worth 4.75m as depth, they could always take those savings and combine it with other cap space to get a bigger FA piece in the future.
