Largent I think might be the best pre-Rice WR (I'm aware that their careers slightly overlap). Brown would my choice among the remaining 90s-present WRs though so I'm voting out of bias this time. It's close, but combination of what I've seen on film and kind of a personal preference. I really admire how good Largent consistently was year in year out that during his prime years didn't have much else notable about them.
