Just missed out: Bill Sharman who held in tandem with Bob Cousy the title of "the greatest backcourt of all-time", deserves to be placed behind only John Havlicek. I think Ray Allen will be better as an honorable mention and Jaylen Brown's impact and longevity will put him over Allen in a Celtics "all-time greatest" list. Ray Allen, Marcus Smart, Reggie Lewis, Danny Ainge, Cedric Maxwell, Rajon Rondo, Kendrick Perkins, the first true NBA "sixth man" Frank Ramsey, Satch Sanders, and if Gordon Hayward re-signs while maintaining his all-star form then he could earn an honorable mention as well by the time he retires. Adding these names to the list of others outside the starting five shows the depth and competition that players talk about when they are apart of the organization.
