I liked the hire, always liked Mayock as a draft guru. I didn't like the Ferrell pick though, thought they could have traded a bit and still got him later, and they could have signed Justin Houston UFA for DE especially since he was a divisional foe to add to that. I am glad for Raiders fans especially how they are winning with a solid OL and running game. Maybe they can win without AB much like the steelers win without AB, ben and Bell.
