One of the comments that I read is that it will eat up about half their available cap space and could cause TJ Watt to enter free agency. I suspect cutting Trey Flowers after this season would create significant cap savings that would help out if we decide to make a run at TJ Watt. If TJ Watt becomes available, do we try to sign him?
