49erscap Posted May 30 Author Share Posted May 30 (edited) Ok an update on the 49ers salary cap room, before Pearsall signs his rookie deal they're $7,138,425 under their adjusted cap, which is $296,557,234, including a base $255.4M cap, $36,395,265 carryover, & $4,761,969 in adjustments/credits. With Pearsall included it's $5,913,716 under their adjusted cap, & the 49ers will get that $18M on June 2nd, which will give them $22,898,128 in cap room, including Pearsall's rookie deal. But I should note that the 49ers likely won't have $22M in cap room to begin 2024, I've done some projections, and I come up with between $16M-$18M, but this is before an Aiyuk extension which can save the team $7.999M, and if they could get Ward extended they'd save $9.148M. As for some reasons why the team wouldn't have $22M, remember that player 52 & 53 will make a minimum of $795K each, and the PS will be around $4.4M. Here's each breakdown of each Free Agent deal the 49ers have signed. DE Leonard Floyd: 2yr $20M deal, $12M fully GTD, 3 void years, $50K workout bonuses, $1.21M & $7.9M base salaries, 2024 is fully GTD, $10.79M signing bonus(prorated over 5yrs), he also has $4M in incentives, 2M in incentives each year for sacks & team achievement, broken down like this, $500K for 8 or more sacks, $1M for 10 or more sacks, & $2M for 12 or more sacks. DE Yetur Gross-Matos: 2yr $18M deal, $1.125M & $7.39M base salaries, 2024 is fully GTD, 2025 has $3M GTD on April 1, 2025, $8.265M signing bonus(prorated over 5yrs), $510K per game roster bonuses, & $100K workout bonuses. RG Jon Feliciano: 1yr $2.75M, $940K signing bonus(1 void year), $500K per game roster bonus, $100K workout bonus, $1.21M fully GTD base salary. 49erscap Posted May 31 Author Share Posted May 31 Jauan Jennings' terms are in, 2yr $15.39M deal, he got minimum base salaries for 2024 & 2025, $1.055M & $1.17M, he got a $6.21M signing bonus, prorated over 5yrs, has $625K per game roster bonuses in both years, a $100K workout bonus in 2025, plus he's due a $5.605M option bonus in 2025, total of $10.54M GTD, $8.435M is fully GTD. Cap numbers are $2,774,941 in 2024, & $4.258M in 2025, but he will have a $8.21M dead money hit in 2026.
