For myself, it is extremely important. I believe it can both buoy ....or sink an organization based on the type of character (good or bad) that the collective player pool has. Post draft, I found out a great deal about Anthony that I had no idea. After reading the below article, it seems the people who rate/judge/access NFL talent didn't notice it either. Maybe it's not important to them? So for me, my fan enjoyment is stabilized by my team utilizing good people. Right now, I am having a great time, regardless of the W/L record.
