Boodgyman5220 Posted January 8 Share Posted January 8 Maybe a little bit with the hype that he might be competing for a starting job in camp. Maybe that was just smoke for John Simpson to step it up? He was said to be a raw player so not entirely. It was actually more surprising that he got some hype in camp. Plus with the OL it’s more about the unit being able to gel and so giving Simpson additional reps made sense. Allow the guys to continue to get a feel for each other.
