Just Want A Title
I don't think the Lions will make a move for Hasson Reddick given the cost but apparently the Eagles have given him permission to seek a trade. He has been asking for a contract extension. You could make the argument that he is underpaid but with him turning 30, a long-term deal doesn't seem likely. Adding that kind of production is intriguing though. I suspect the Lions hoped that James Houston would become something like Hasson Reddick given the similarities in their physical make-up and play style. https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/eagles-give-haason-reddick-permission-to-seek-a-trade Edited February 11 by Just Want A Title Forgot something
General Tso
He was underpaid last year. I'd rather just try to pursue Danielle Hunter for a similar contract without a draft pick first.
detfan782004
No thanks. Not worth the cost for an aging veteran who is about to have production decline
Just Want A Title
He still has 1-2 season at his current level of production but I don't see the Lions giving up the draft capital or giving him the extension he is hoping to get. Hopefully, James Houston is studying Hasson Reddick's film.
