At this point do you bench him and hope for the best moving forward or try and swing a deal in which you would have to probably drop a tier or two to even have your offer considered OR should this be in the week 1 overreaction thread?

Depends on who else you have at wr. If you're ok at the position I'd wait it out. If not try to move him.

Currently starting 2 RB/2 WR 

Bell, D. Murray, Crabtree and Hill.  I could hold him for now. 

Sidenote: Tyrell Williams have value for the year or only until Williams is ready or IF Allen goes down again?

Bench Hilton but hold him until Luck returns.  And yes, Williams will have value.  Denver isn't the best team for WRs to build their value against.

Thanks key. I have to drop Connor or Henry to file waiver.  Who should I keep or should I add depth on team and drop both? Handcuffed both my backs but we can play 2/2 or 1/3 so WR depth is crucial.
