Live a long life though. Would be nice to have some Tittle to Owens excitement on the current squad. The book I just finished a few days ago talked a lot about Tittle's career in San Francisco. He should have never been traded, clearly. Although Brodie was waiting in the wings. Too bad they didn't get it done in 1957. They could have been champs that year, but choked against Detroit at home in the second half on their way to the championship game. Tittle did become a HOF though and had some great years in San Francisco and later New York.
