rob_shadows Posted October 22, 2017 Share Posted October 22, 2017 Never had that problem when I had a ps4 but after google searching it sounds like it can be either a minor inconvenience or a major problem. What I found said to try reinstalling the game first and hope that works If it doesn't the next step is to back up your save data and reinitialize the system and REALLY hope that works If it doesn't the next step is to hope your warranty is still valid and contact Sony to try and get a replacement system.
