I haven't checked prior years but that seems like a very solid rate. The one thing that I don't get there is that Hayden Hurst had his option (which was less than $5.5M) declined. It was a different GM, but Atlanta traded a 2nd for him a year ago and then decided he's not worth that very bargain price. Hurt is a passable TE1 and a great TE2. Even if it's a cap issue for Atlanta, which I assume it is, pick up the option and trade him. There's probably 25+ teams that would value Hurst more with that extra contract year at that cost.
