Thing is, Lamar is already proving he doesn't need to play in a particular scheme any more to be successful. Sure, we have some QB running concepts that Roman has pioneered over the years with pulling guards/tackles and misdirection, but all of our passing stuff is about as vanilla as it gets because of Roman's lack of understanding passing concepts dating back to his SF days and before that. I have no doubts that if you put Lamar into a McVay system or Andy Reid system, those coaches would adapt to Lamar and Lamar would adapt to them, just as Reid/Mahomes have and McVay/Stafford have.
