Mid Iowa Posted October 29, 2023 Share Posted October 29, 2023 So as the trade deadline approaches (Oct 31st at 4pm e.s.t.) and we examine our weak spots, who would you like to see the Saints go after in a trade? Or maybe, where do we have a surplus where we could gain some picks? We're either weak at, or need better coaching (or both) at: O-line, including TE. It's highly unlikely they pull off a trade for one since no team should be trading away good offensive lineman, but if they can snag a LG for cheap-ish I would be happy. Raves Posted October 30, 2023 Share Posted October 30, 2023 I don't think adding anyone outside of a big time player on a team ready to reset would make a difference for the team but I also don't think the team is close enough to make one of those deals this year with how the team seems to be playing. I say keep it chugging, see how the rest of the season plays out, get a good draft, then look to make a deal for a difference maker at next trade deadline when we should be clicking better on the offense while still having a good defense. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
