I really wonder who he means? If the culture has become too easy / lazy, etc. then they should be playing whoever is practicing hardest to see what they have. I don't believe they'll let Tomlin go (I think they should strongly consider it) but they need to rid this team of folks who aren't putting in the work. And of course, get a completely new offensive staff. It's clear they really don't think highly of Rudolph, or he'd be getting a shot over Trubisky.
