Man seriously if they put up a gofundme or a donation page or something like, they have suffered so much and he and his family have done SO MUCH for the city and the area and it just kills me to see him and his wife and daughters suffer like they have been. I can't even imagine half his pain and he's still always smiling and coming out to be, well, Mr. Bill basically.

Good people shouldn't suffer like this. Shakes you seeing it you know.

Definitely. He basically epitomizes Western New York. I got an autographed white Kelly jersey that I’ve never worn hanging up on my wall. Think I’m gonna break that out sometime in the near future.
